Are you ready to drain the competition and take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Drainage Operations Manager to help us expand our Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) Drainage team and keep things running smoothly.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate drainage teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

• Keep operations flowing by planning, scheduling, and managing resources.

• Take a hands-on approach, operating company vehicles and equipment when needed.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations—no cutting corners here!

• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.

• Handle commercial duties, from raising invoices to approving timesheets.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in the drainage industry (because we need someone who knows their pipes from their pumps).

Strong leadership and operational coordination skills.

Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 2 preferred but not essential).

Knowledge of CCTV drainage surveys (MSCC5/OS19X qualification would be a plus).

A proactive, can-do attitude—because no two days are the same in this role!
