North West Area

Permanent, Full-time

Are you ready to drain the competition and take your career to the next level? At Adler and Allan, we manage, prevent, and respond to pollution with industry-leading expertise. We’re looking for a Drainage Operations Manager to help expand our Environmental Protection Solutions (EPS) Drainage team and ensure smooth operations.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate drainage teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Plan, schedule, and manage resources to keep operations flowing.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Handle commercial duties, including raising invoices and approving timesheets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in the drainage industry.
• Strong leadership and operational coordination skills.
• Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 2 preferred but not essential).
• Knowledge of CCTV drainage surveys (MSCC5/OS19X qualification is a plus).
• A proactive, can-do attitude.
