HomeServe Plc. is seeking a Drainage Engineer to diagnose and fix drainage issues in customers' homes. You will clear blockages with HPWJ equipment and carry out domestic drainage repairs, working independently with a focus on service quality.
You'll work in a field-based role with variety and autonomy, supported by induction at the Walsall Head Office and hands-on training. A competitive package includes a bonus and benefits.
Competenze
- HPWJ ticket or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in drainage environments.
- Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
- Strong customer service skills demonstrated on site.
- Ability to work independently and diagnose on-site issues.
- Positive, proactive approach to work.
