Job summary

Lanes Group in Millbrook (Hampshire) is seeking a Drainage Engineer - Van Pack to join our Southern Water contract team. This permanent, full-time role offers 45 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with salary of £32,803 per annum and overtime paid at higher rates.

You will travel to residential sites in a dedicated van, power high-pressure jets, and deliver safe, high-quality drainage services while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Travelling to residential sites in a van to operate high-pressure water jets.
• Inspect and maintain drainage systems to restore function.
• Record job reports on specialist equipment.
• Carry out diagnostics and repairs on drains.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable wastewater and drainage services to clients.
• Coordinate with clients on progress and updates.
• Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
• Conduct pre- and post-use inspections of tools and plant.
