HomeServe plc is recruiting a Plumbing Engineer in Watford to diagnose and fix plumbing issues, carry out 1st and 2nd fix work in homes, and maintain household plumbing systems.

You will manage jobs independently, deliver superb customer service, and represent HomeServe with professionalism in customers' homes. The role is field-based with varied days and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
• Experience with 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues such as leaks, faults and damaged pipework.
• Completing 1st and 2nd fix plumbing work in domestic properties.
• Repairing and maintaining household plumbing systems.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
