Job summary

HomeServe is recruiting a Drainage Engineer in Edinburgh to diagnose and fix drainage issues in customers' homes. You will clear blockages with HPWJ, inspect drainage faults, and perform repairs, while delivering excellent customer service. The role is field-based, averaging 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

You must have HPWJ certification and a valid UK driving licence. Induction weeks include accommodation and meal allowance where required, with tools, PPE and ongoing

Qualifications

• HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) ticket required.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve drainage issues in customers' homes.
• Clear blockages using HPWJ equipment and investigate root causes.
• Carry out repairs to domestic drainage systems and manage jobs on-site.
