Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Drainage Engineer to diagnose and repair drainage issues in customers' homes. You will clear blockages with HPWJ equipment, investigate root causes, and carry out domestic drainage repairs while delivering excellent service.

The role is field-based with autonomy and variety, and includes on-site visits to customers in the Edinburgh area. We offer a competitive package including a salary of £33,220–£37,810, a £1,500 guaranteed first-year bonus, paid overtime, a pension

Qualifications

• HPWJ ticket is required.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• Positive, proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Clearing blockages using HPWJ equipment.
• Investigating drainage problems and identifying root causes.
• Carrying out repairs to domestic drainage systems.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
