Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Drainage Engineer in Glasgow to diagnose and resolve drainage issues in customers’ homes. You will clear blockages using HPWJ, investigate root causes, and carry out domestic drainage repairs while delivering excellent service.

This field-based role requires independence, strong problem-solving, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Training is provided, with a competitive package including overtime opportunities and a guaranteed first-year bonus.

Qualifications

• HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) ticket required.
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Proactive, positive approach and good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clear blockages using HPWJ equipment.
• Investigate drainage problems and identify root causes.
• Carry out repairs to domestic drainage systems.
• Manage jobs independently while delivering strong customer service.
• Represent HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism.
