Job summary

YouFibre Limited is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Oldham. You will go door-to-door to promote fast broadband, manage your own pipeline, and work toward uncapped commissions with an OTE of £50K. A £250 monthly car allowance and other benefits are included.

Flexible hours with full and part-time options. Candidates should have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, strong sales experience, and a confident, talkative style for in-person conversations.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Proven sales experience, ideally face-to-face, with ability to engage people and secure a yes.
• Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and confident, sociable in live conversations.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door visits speaking to residents to switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance and hit/exceed targets on a consistent basis.
• Build relationships within the local community and with internal teams.
• Be open to feedback and adapt your approach to maximize results.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
