Job summary

YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Stockton to drive new broadband connections by meeting residents in the local area. You’ll own your pipeline, build relationships, and push to hit targets with uncapped commissions and a realistic £50k OTE.

A £250 monthly car allowance supports your field visits, plus travel costs are covered. This full-time role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Proven sales experience, preferably face-to-face, with ability to engage customers.
• Confident, friendly and able to work solo and manage time.

Responsibilities

Location: Stockton, North East

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
