Job summary

YouFibre is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Bury. You will actively engage residents door-to-door, build your own pipeline, and convert conversations into customers. The role emphasizes independence, relationship-building, and target-driven performance in a dynamic broadband environment.

The position offers a base salary of £25,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000, plus vehicle and phone allowances, and benefits. Flexible hours, full or part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Proven sales experience, preferably face-to-face.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Comfortable working in field sales and building your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance – hitting and exceeding your targets consistently.

Car allowance: £250 a month + business travel paid

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
