Job summary

YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Kings Heath, Birmingham. This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers £25,000–£28,000 base salary plus uncapped commission with an OTE of £50K, and a £250/month car allowance for business travel. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

YouFibre provides a direct, field-based sales environment with opportunities to build your own pipeline and influence earnings through performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a face-to-face role.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking with residents to switch to YouFibre broadband.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Kings Heath, Birmingham

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

We're not your typical broadband provider, and this isn't your typical door-to-door sales role. You'll build your own pipeline, take ownership of your performance, and directly influence your success. Best of all? Commission is uncapped. The more successful you are, the more you earn. Simple.

What you will be doing

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
