YouFibre Limited is recruiting a Field Sales Executive in Peterborough. You will be out and about, speaking to residents, driving the switch to our broadband, and managing your own pipeline to close deals. The role rewards performance with uncapped commission and a £250 monthly car allowance.

With a base salary starting at £25,000 plus OTE £50K, you’ll be supported by induction and a strong commission culture while delivering excellent customer service in the field.

Formación

• Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Sales experience, ideally in a face-to-face role.
• Confident communicator with ability to influence in person.

Responsabilidades

The Job

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
