Job summary

YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Grays to drive door-to-door sales of our broadband services. You will manage your own pipeline, convert conversations into customers, and push to exceed targets.

A UK driving licence and access to a car are required, with a basic salary plus uncapped commission and a healthy OTE. In this role you will be out in the community, building relationships, and taking advantage of a generous car allowance and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have full, clean UK driving licence.
• Experience in field sales or door-to-door sales is preferred.
• Able to hit targets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door talking to residents and help them switch to YouFibre broadband.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance to hit and exceed targets consistently.
• Build and maintain relationships within the local community and internally.

Field Sales Executive

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

What you will be doing

• You'll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You'll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You'll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You're driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You've got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You're friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
