YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Preston to drive door-to-door conversations and convert residents to our high-speed broadband. You’ll manage your own pipeline, build local relationships, and push to meet and exceed ambitious targets in a flexible, field-based role.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50K) and a £250 monthly car allowance, along with generous benefits and holiday entitlement.

Competenze

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

What you will be doing

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
