Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Llanelli, Wales, is seeking a Field Sales Executive with proven sales skills. You will travel locally, go door-to-door to help residents switch to broadband you can bank on, and manage your own pipeline to convert conversations into customers.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50K) and a £250 monthly car allowance. You’ll be rewarded for performance and supported with onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean UK driving license.
• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door speaking to residents and help them switch to broadband they can bank on.

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.


• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.


• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently


• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.


• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.


• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.


• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.


• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.


• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
