Job summary

YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Swansea to drive door-to-door customer acquisition for our broadband services. You will manage your own pipeline, engage residents, and convert conversations into customers in a fast-paced field role.

The position offers a basic salary of £25,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50K, plus a £250 monthly car allowance and a strong benefits package. 25 days leave, pension contributions, and additional perks support your success.

Qualifications

• You’ve got sales experience and a proven track record in hitting targets.
• You’ll work in a field-based role, engaging residents and switching them to broadband.
• You’re comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

Field Sales Executive

Location: Swansea, Wales

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum

+ uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
