YouFibre Limited in the UK is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new business in Aintree. You will own your pipeline, engage residents face-to-face, and convert conversations into customers with uncapped commission.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Aintree, Merseyside

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

We’re not your typical broadband provider, and this isn’t your typical door-to-door sales role. You’ll build your own pipeline, take ownership of your performance, and directly influence your success.

Best of all? Commission is uncapped. The more successful you are, the more you earn. Simple.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
