YouFibre Limited in Barry, Wales, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new customer sign-ups for our broadband service. You will be out in the community, handling door-to-door conversations, managing your own pipeline and hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50K), £250 monthly car allowance, and travel paid. You'll receive a bespoke induction, pension contributions, phone allowance, and 25 days leave

Qualificações

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Proven track record in face-to-face sales with ability to close.
• Comfortable in outdoor/community environments and talking to residents.
• Strong time management and ability to hit targets.

Responsabilidades

• Out and about, door-to-door talks to residents about broadband switch.
• Manage your own pipeline, turning conversations into customers.
• Drive performance by consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
• Build relationships within the local community and with internal teams.

Field Sales Executive

Location: Barry, Wales

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

£250 a month car allowance

You’ve got sales experience in spades, you’re confident, ambitious and hungry to earn.

The grass can be greener and commission, it’s uncapped! This isn't your average door-to-door sales role and we’re not your average broadband company.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
