Job summary

YouFibre Limited in Leeds is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition for our broadband services. You will be out in the field, door-knocking residents, managing your own pipeline and hitting targets to maximise earnings with uncapped commission (OTE £50K).

We offer a base salary of £25,000 with benefits including a £250/month car allowance, 25 days leave, pension, phone allowance and wellbeing perks. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, with proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person-to-person settings.
• Strong pipeline management and target-driven mindset.

What you will be doing:

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently
• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.
• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring:

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.
• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.
• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.
• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
