Job summary

YouFibre Limited is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Wolverhampton to drive new customer sign-ups and switch residents to the fast broadband you offer. You’ll own your pipeline and work on a 37.5-hour, full-time schedule with uncapped commission (OTE £50K).

The role includes a £250 monthly car allowance, a company car budget, and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for daily field visits.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
• Proven sales experience, preferably door-to-door or field-based.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets.
• Friendly, confident, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Go out to local residents, talk to them and help switch to broadband.
• Manage your own pipeline and convert conversations into customers.
• Drive performance and achieve/exceed targets.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Be open to feedback and adapt your approach.

What you will be doing

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.


• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.


• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently


• Building relationships will be second nature, both within the local community and internally too.


• You’ll be open to feedback, eager to learn and able to adapt your approach.

What you will bring

• You have a full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.


• You’re driven by working towards targets and motivated by results.


• You’ve got solid sales experience ideally in a face-to-face role and know how to engage people and get that yes.


• You’re friendly and confident and enjoy real conversations.


• Confident going solo, you thrive on managing your time and hitting targets in the field.
