Job summary

YouFibre in Maidstone is seeking a Field Sales Executive to build local relationships and drive broadband switches door-to-door. You’ll own your pipeline, pursue targets, and enjoy the earning potential from uncapped commissions.

With a base salary of £25,000–£28,000 and an OTE of around £50,000, you’ll also receive a £250 monthly vehicle allowance, plus comprehensive benefits and a friendly team dedicated to growth and customer choices.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Driven by targets and motivated by results.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in person-to-person engagement.
• Friendly, confident, and able to build real conversations.
• Comfortable working solo and managing field time.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them switch to broadband they can bank on.
• You’ll manage your own pipeline, turning great conversations into customers.
• You will be driving your performance - hitting and exceeding your targets consistently

Field Sales Executive

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: From £25,000 - £28,000 DOE per annum + uncapped commission (OTE £50K)

£250 a month car allowance + business travel paid

You must have a UK Driving License and access to a car for this role

What you will be doing

• You’ll be out and about going door-to-door, speaking to residents and helping them make the switch to broadband they can bank on.
