Job summary

Greyhound Trust in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced supporter care and data specialist to own the fundraising CRM, ensure accuracy, compliance and scalable growth. You will maintain supporter records, process Gift Aid, manage consent and build integrations and reporting to support colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience with fundraising CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Access CRM or Beacon).
• Maintain data quality through deduplication, cleansing & audits.
• Process donations, Direct Debits and Gift Aid; reconcile with Finance.
• Integrate CRM with finance and other systems.
• Segment, extract and report on supporter groups using Excel.
• UK GDPR, PECR and Fundraising Practice knowledge; manage consent & retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the fundraising CRM; maintain records with high accuracy and compliance.
• Develop data hygiene processes; regular audits and deduplication.
• Process donations, Gift Aid claims and Direct Debits; reconcile with Finance.
• Develop personalised supporter journeys and thank-you processes.
• Lead donor stewardship; train admin team and branches.
• Produce dashboards and reports for income generation teammates.
