Job summary

Greyhound Trust seeks an experienced senior data and supporter engagement specialist to own the fundraising CRM, keep supporter records accurate and compliant, and build integrated data flows across platforms. You will develop stewardship journeys, manage consent, and provide insight to support income growth.

You will advise colleagues across the organisation, connect data with campaigns, and support the admin team and branches to deliver a consistently positive supporter experience.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a fundraising CRM or large supporter database.
• Maintain high data quality through deduplication, cleansing, validation and audits.
• Process donations, Direct Debits and Gift Aid; reconcile with Finance.
• Integrate CRM with other systems (finance, e‑commerce).
• Segment and report on supporter groups with Excel; turn data into insight.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR, PECR and Fundraising Code; manage consent and retention.
• Deliver excellent supporter care by phone, email, post and social media; handle complaints.
• Attention to detail; prioritise and work independently across deadlines.
• Build relationships and influence colleagues, volunteers and branches.

Responsibilities

• Own the fundraising CRM and improve processes.
• Maintain supporter records with accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Process donations, Gift Aid, and Direct Debits.
• Develop personalised donor journeys and stewardship.
• Lead on supporter stewardship; train admin team and branches.
• Handle supporter enquiries via phone, email, post and social media.
• Audit data; maintain consent logs and data retention.
• Create dashboards and reporting within the CRM.
• Collaborate with staff and external suppliers on data flows.
• Conduct prospect research to identify mid/major donors.
