Harnham is seeking a donor engagement lead for a respected international humanitarian organisation in the UK. You will design journeys to strengthen supporter relationships and drive long-term giving, developing retention strategies and collaborating across fundraising, marketing, and operations.

This role offers autonomy to shape a new retention function and influence strategy. You will work with senior stakeholders to implement data-driven approaches, segmentation, and personalised experiences

Competenze

• Strong experience in CRM, donor engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to develop strategy and translate it into practical campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Confident using data, segmentation, and performance analysis to drive decisions.
• Experience managing multi-channel supporter journeys.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in a growing environment with evolving processes and strategies.
