Job summary

Human Appeal is seeking a Donor Care Advisor to maintain relationships with new and existing donors. The role involves clear communication on how donations are spent, and promoting ongoing support for local and international projects.

You will engage donors via phone and email, chase pledges, manage donor data, and assist with fundraising events and live appeals to maximise donor retention. The position requires strong MS Office skills and English proficiency, with no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs grade C or above are required.
• No prior experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Human Appeal donors and handle inquiries via telephone and email.
• Generate funding for Human Appeal through telephone donations.
• Chase pledges made by donors during events.
• Maintain call centre database by entering or updating information accurately.
• Generate tickets sales for fundraising events.
• Attend and assist during Live TV/Radio Appeals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels are met and donor retention is maximised.
