Human Appeal is seeking a Donor Care Advisor to maintain relationships with new and existing donors. The role involves clear communication on how donations are spent, and promoting ongoing support for local and international projects.
You will engage donors via phone and email, chase pledges, manage donor data, and assist with fundraising events and live appeals to maximise donor retention. The position requires strong MS Office skills and English proficiency, with no prior experience required.
