The successful candidate will coordinate daily home care visits, manage staff rotas, and support care teams to deliver safe, person-centred care. You will liaise with clients and families, maintain records, and contribute to service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating care within domiciliary or home care settings.
• Proven ability to produce staff rotas and manage care cover.
• Strong administration, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and quality standards in care.
• Familiarity with computerised care management and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily domiciliary care schedules and ensure visits run on time.
• Prepare and maintain staff rotas, including changes and emergencies.
• Match carers to clients based on needs, availability and continuity.
• Liaise with clients, families and staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and use computerised systems.
• Support care assessments and care plan reviews when required.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed.
