Job summary

McCarthy Stone, the UK’s leading developer and manager of retirement communities, seeks a Domestic Assistant to maintain spotless homeowner apartments and communal areas, support laundry and cleaning, and assist in Bistro services. You’ll also provide lifestyle support and social engagement for residents.

This role involves chaperoning to medical appointments and offering compassionate, patient care. Opportunities for overtime exist at nearby developments; a caring, reliable team player is

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care, health & social care, hospitality, retail, or personal care giving is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic support and housekeeping for homeowner apartments and communal areas.
• Handle laundry and cleaning duties as part of the development's services.
• Support in the Bistro or Restaurant during service times and assist with lifestyle services for homeowners.
• Chaperone homeowners to medical appointments and provide social support as needed.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for the domestic support and housekeeping, of our homeowner apartments, their laundry service and cleaning or the development's communal areas.You will support in the Bistro or Restaurant during service times and provide lifestyle services to our homeowners. These include, chaperoning homeowners to medical appointments, and/or other community related services, or simply offering socialsupport. There are usually opportunities for overtime within nearby developments as well.
