Job summary

McCarthy & Stone Ltd is seeking caring and dependable staff to support residents in our Birmingham development. You will assist with daily tasks, help residents attend appointments, and participate in social and wellbeing activities to promote safety and happiness in later life.

Role involves promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement, plus supporting with individual care packages. Training is provided and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a UK health and social care role (preferred).
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus but not essential.

• £13.26 - £14.56 per hour (depending on shifts)
