A prominent healthcare provider in England seeks a Domestic Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within the hospital. Our domestic team take pride in ensuring all areas of the hospital meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all patient, visitor and staff areas. For these positions, it is desirable to have previous cleaning experience but not essential, we can provide full training. You will however need to have:
good communication skills both written and verbal
be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
To take responsibility for the day to day running of the Domestic department, ensuring the Domestic service is compliant with cleaning standards as detailed in the National Specification for Healthcare Cleanliness in the NHS.
To ensure that the Domestic department provides a good quality service, good value for money service to all end users, patients, visitors and staff, thereby providing a clean environment.
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust's services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
