Role Overview

As a Plumber / Heat Pump Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pump systems. A long with some maintenance and service works. Projects will primarily involve domestic properties, private, new build etc. and with occasional work in light commercial settings.

What We're Looking For

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
• Experience: Ideally with Air Source or Ground Source Heat Pump systems (BPEC or similar certification preferred) – however training can be provided if you are a Qualified Plumber.
• Backgrounds Considered: Plumbers, Heating Engineers, or Gas Engineers looking to upskill in renewable technologies
• Additional Skills: Unvented systems, Water Regulations certification, and a proactive attitude toward training and development
