Job summary

• Ability to manage employees across refuges and dispersed properties.
• Strong safeguarding policy development and implementation.
• Excellent data recording and reporting to funders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service delivery across county refuges and dispersed properties.
• Develop and monitor service improvements and client outcomes.
• Lead safeguarding practice as designated lead.
• Supervise and develop staff, supervise volunteers.
• Ensure rota planning, data returns, and contract monitoring.
