Job summary

TPP Recruitment is helping a values-led organisation in Newcastle upon Tyne recruit a Housing Coordinator to lead refuge accommodation management and maintain safe, compliant properties. The role includes health and safety oversight, repairs and tenancy management, contractor relationships and line management.

The successful candidate will have housing/property management experience, strong safety knowledge, and people-management skills, with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable

We're recruiting for a values-led organisation supporting women and children affected by violence, abuse and inequality.

As Housing Coordinator, you'll lead the management of refuge accommodation, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and welcoming. You'll oversee health and safety, repairs and maintenance, tenancy management, contractor relationships and property compliance, while also managing a small team.
