Job summary

Women's Aid Leicestershire Limited in Leicester is seeking a Senior Domestic Abuse Service Manager to lead delivery, development and quality assurance of services for adults and children affected by domestic abuse across the region.

You will oversee safe accommodation, community and outreach provision, line-manage staff and supervise safeguarding and risk assessments while ensuring contract compliance and continuous improvement through data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing and delivering supported accommodation services across refuge/outreach.
• Experience of line management, supervision, appraisal and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of domestic abuse, safeguarding, risk assessment and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience of multi-agency safeguarding processes, ideally including MARAC.
• Experience with contract and funder compliance, data collection and reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with statutory and voluntary organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery, development and quality assurance of domestic abuse services across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
• Oversee safe accommodation, community and outreach services for adults and children affected by domestic abuse.
• Manage staff, workers and volunteers, supervise caseloads and safeguarding.
• Develop partnerships with statutory and voluntary agencies and lead training.
