Job summary

Alongside, Bath-based charity, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead Domestic Abuse Housing services in the BANES area. You will oversee local projects, drive improvements, and manage teams to meet quality and contractual targets.

This role focuses on trauma-informed, person-centred support for people experiencing social exclusion, including survivors of domestic abuse. It requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and regional service development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in housing, domestic abuse, homelessness, or social care.
• Ability to deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Proven track record in achieving service performance targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support services.
• Ensure clients receive person-centred support that helps them achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, partner agencies and other stakeholders across the BANES area.
• Drive service quality, performance and continuous improvement across multiple projects.
• Oversee housing and operational management, ensuring services remain safe, compliant and effective.
• Maintain Safelives Leading Lights standards across service delivery
