Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation for diverse infrastructure initiatives in the United Kingdom. You will ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely delivery to engineers, CAD technicians, and project managers across the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will run document workflows, perform audits, and support the development of robust document control procedures while training staff on best practices and tools used for efficient document

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Ensure documents are correctly named, formatted, and filed in accordance with company standards.
• Manage document workflows and approval processes using document control systems.
• Distribute documents to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Track document revisions and ensure version control is maintained.
• Support project teams in the preparation and submission of technical documentation.
• Liaise with engineers, CAD technicians, and project managers to ensure timely document delivery.
• Conduct regular audits of document control systems and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on document management tools and best practices.
