Job summary

Fawkes and Reece in Bristol is seeking a Document Controller to join a growing regional contractor. You will manage project documentation across health care, education and commercial schemes, with projects around £30M in value, ensuring systems are up to date and compliant.

A background in main contracting is essential; you will work with Pro-core and A-site CMS, implement ISO 19650 practices, visit sites, and train staff on best practice.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a main contractor is essential.
• Strong experience using Pro-core and A-site.
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 19650.
• Willingness to travel across the South West.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage documentation systems ensuring up-to-date information.
• Ensure expired documents are removed in line with company protocol.
• Follow ISO 19650 standards and best practice.
• Travel to sites to train staff on systems and processes.
