Job summary

Hoare Lea invites applications for a Project Lead in its Data Centre & Mission Critical team. You will drive delivery across data centre and mission-critical commissions and engage with clients to shape avenues from design to completion.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, manage programmes, fees and resources, and mentor junior colleagues while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong client-facing consultancy experience.
• Excellent coordination and project leadership skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivery processes.
• Strong commercial awareness, including fee and resources.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for data centre and mission-critical commissions.
• Act as a senior client-facing lead, building trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to deliver integrated building and campus solutions.
• Oversee programme, fee, resource and risk management across projects.
• Support the production and review of design deliverables, specifications and reports.
• Provide input during early-stage site appraisals, masterplanning and test-fit studies.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage project progress, reporting and delivery to timescales and quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Champion collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
