Job summary

Equans, Hatfield head office, seeks a Document Controller to manage project documentation across multiple sites with ad hoc London/Home Counties travel. You will ensure rigorous document control, GDPR/ISO compliance, and EDMS administration to support design, commercial, and delivery teams.

Applicants should have construction/engineering document control experience, strong IT skills, and knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects and Field View.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within construction or engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control processes across multiple projects or programmes.
• Ensure compliance with document management protocols, GDPR, ISO standards, and client contract requirements.
• Manage and administer EDMS platforms such as Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects).
• Oversee the collation and handover of O&M manuals, Health & Safety files, and other key project documentation.
