Job summary

Legendre Immobilier in London is hiring a detail-driven Document Controller to own the company’s data environment across London and Jersey. You will manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) using platforms like SharePoint, Viewpoint, Procore and others, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

You will report to the Senior Design Manager, oversee licences, set usage standards, provide training, and visit five active construction sites to support design and site management teams.

Qualifications

• Detail-driven professional with experience as a Document Controller.
• Ability to manage and structure data in a contemporaneous CDE.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Viewpoint and Procore platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Common Data Environment (Viewpoint, SharePoint, Procore and others).
• Oversee the Viewpoint enterprise licence, renewals and payments.
• Review current use of Viewpoint across projects and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop a consistent strategy and standard structure for future projects.
• Define and implement clear usage standards for internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Create user access matrices and ensure data is correctly structured and archived at project close-out.
• Provide training and daily support to internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage document uploads, workflows and notifications to ensure up-to-date project information.
• Resolve any technical or workflow issues related to document control.
• Visit project sites regularly to support the Design and Site Management teams.
