Job summary

Legendre UK is seeking a detail-driven Document Controller to own and enhance our data environment across London and Jersey. You will manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) using Viewpoint, SharePoint and Procore, report to the Senior Design Manager, and ensure documentation is current and accessible.

Based at our Chancery Lane head office, you will visit five construction sites, train teams, define usage standards, and support contract negotiations with the Design Management team as the

Qualifications

• Proven experience in document control within construction.
• Ability to train and support users across teams.
• Strong organisation and data management skills.
• Experience with Common Data Environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Common Data Environment (Viewpoint, SharePoint, Procore and others).
• Oversee the Viewpoint enterprise licence, renewals and payments.
• Develop a consistent strategy and standard structure for future projects.
• Define and implement clear usage standards for internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Create user access matrices and ensure data is correctly structured and archived at project close-out.
• Provide training and daily support to internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage document uploads, workflows and notifications to ensure up-to-date project information.
• Visit project sites regularly to support the Design and Site Management teams.
