Job summary

Legendre UK is seeking a detail‑driven Document Controller to own and optimise our data environment. You will manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) across London and Jersey and champion Viewpoint usage across projects.

You will report to the Senior Design Manager and support contract negotiations with the design management team while visiting sites and ensuring data quality, access control, and timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Common Data Environment (CDE) for multiple projects.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Viewpoint and Procore.
• Ability to create standard project data structures and usage rules.
• Strong training and user support skills.
• Willingness to visit sites in London and Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s CDE across projects (Viewpoint, SharePoint, Procore).
• Oversee Viewpoint licences, renewals and payments.
• Review current use of Viewpoint and identify improvements.
• Develop consistent project data structure and guidelines.
• Define usage standards for internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Create access matrices; archive data at project close-out.
• Provide training and daily support to users.
• Manage uploads, workflows and notifications for project data.
• Resolve technical/workflow issues in document control.
• Visit construction sites to support Design and Site teams.
