Legendre UK is seeking a meticulous Document Controller toown the data environment, including CDE platforms such as SharePoint, Viewpoint and Procore. You will report to the Senior Design Manager and support contract negotiations while visiting sites across London and Jersey.

You will champion Viewpoint usage, manage licences, and create robust data structures for current and future projects, ensuring timely training and support for teams and subcontractors.

• Excellent data organisation and governance skills.
• Ability to establish and enforce document control standards across multiple platforms.
• Strong training and support capabilities for internal teams and external consultants.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the company’s Common Data Environment (CDE) across SharePoint, Viewpoint, Procore and others.
• Oversee the Viewpoint enterprise licence, renewals and payments.
• Review current Viewpoint usage and identify improvements for projects.
• Develop a consistent strategy and standard structure for future projects.
• Define usage standards for internal teams, consultants and subcontractors.
• Create user access matrices and ensure proper data archiving at project close-out.
• Provide training and daily support to internal teams and subcontractors.
• Manage document uploads, workflows and notifications to keep project information up to date.
• Resolve any technical or workflow issues related to document control.
• Visit project sites regularly to support Design and Site Management teams.
