Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD in Horndean is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support key infrastructure projects, ensuring BIM processes and BS 19650 compliance.

You will upload, validate and issue documentation, maintain MIDP/TIDP, promote CDE usage, and provide training to teams and external partners. The role offers a competitive salary up to £35,000, a company bonus, private healthcare, pension matching and generous holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience with CDE software and BIM protocols.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and MIDP/TIDP processes.
• Proven training and presentation abilities.
• Driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Upload, validate and issue documentation in line with project workflows.
• Support the Project Data Manager and coordinate workflows.
• Manage the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).
• Provide training in the use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to promote best practices.
• Identify improvements and advancements in digital construction technology.
