Job summary

United Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our expanding team. You will manage project documentation, maintain the DMS, and ensure data security across construction and engineering projects.

This role supports the project team and helps drive efficient workflows. Candidates should have GCSEs/A-Levels, experience in document control within construction or similar industries, and be proficient with EDMS, SharePoint, Aconex, Asite and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • GCSEs/A-Levels; additional qualifications in administration or document control are a plus.
  • Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries.
  • EDMS, SharePoint and Aconex experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.
  • Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to liaise with teams and troubleshoot document issues.
