We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works.
Job Description
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth flow and organisation of project documentation. Working closely with the Document Controller Manager and design team, you will handle all aspects of documentation— registration, receipt, distribution, and issue. Your work will ensure the accuracy and compliance of all project documents, creating a well-maintained and accessible project filing system. You will oversee the organisation, quality checking, and distribution of critical project files to ensure the team’s access to updated information and maintain efficient document control.
You will be based in our office in Acton, London 3 days a week.
