Job summary

SeAH Wind is seeking a meticulous Document Controller for a fixed-term maternity cover in the United Kingdom. You will oversee classifying, storing, and distributing project and business documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.

You will coordinate document control activities across projects, maintain revision control, and compile Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs) to align with production needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Document Control or Quality Management position is required.
• Experience compiling and managing MRBs (Manufacturing Record Books).
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and revision control.

Responsibilities

• Accurately log and maintain documentation from internal departments, clients and suppliers.
• Manage document workflows and ensure documentation is reviewed, approved, and distributed.
• Coordinate approval processes for drawings, CNs, TQs and revised documents.
• Issue approved documentation to clients and maintain revision control.
• Build and distribute Manufacturing Record Books in line with production schedules.
• Archive project and business documentation for compliance.
