Job summary

MiCiM, a UK-based provider of project management and construction services, is seeking a Document Controller to support European projects. You will set up and maintain document control systems, and ensure documents reach the right people at the right time.

You will work with project teams, suppliers and third parties to track comments, approvals, and deadlines. A full, clean driving licence and ability to visit project sites are required.

Qualifications

• Document Control/Administrator experience in the construction sector.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (site visits may be required).

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining document control systems.
• Organising and distributing documents to the right people on time.
• Tracking comments and approvals to support workflows and deadlines.
• Providing support to internal and external project users with the document control system.
• Resolving queries related to drawings and documents.
• Collaborating with project teams, suppliers and third parties to ensure consistency.
