Job summary

You will act as the primary contact for academics and doctoral researchers and manage student records, progression, applications and admissions, and viva coordination.

You will service School committees, support on-campus and off-campus doctoral activities, and process payments for funded students.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service to diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and across teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for academics and doctoral researchers.
• Manage student records and progression processes and produce regular reports.
• Administer applications and admissions processes and coordinate viva examinations.
